Rates, stay, and arrival day are negotiable within 2 weeks of arrival date!

Price includes: cleaning, linens, tax de sejour, electricity, water, heat, towels: pool, bath, and kitchen.
Ask for a special discount when renting both houses at the same time!

A 50% deposit is required upon reservation. Payment in full is required 8 weeks before arrival. Security Damage Deposit required, refunded after departure. Rates are for a 7 night stay payable in Euros. Arrival is after 4:30pm, departure by 10:00am.
Flexible arrival day during low season. High season is Saturday to Saturday.
Nightly Rates with 2 night minimum.

Upon booking, our terms and conditions will be emailed or faxed detailing cancellation policy and refunds.
