Rates, stay, and arrival day are negotiable within 2 weeks of arrival date - make offer!


Price includes: final cleaning, linens on beds, tax de sejour, electricity, water, heat, towels: pool, bath, and kitchen.
Nightly Rates with 3 night minimum.
Flexible arrival day during low season.

A 50% deposit is required upon reservation. Payment in full is required 8 weeks before arrival.
A 200 Security Damage Deposit required for each house, refunded after departure.
Rates are for a 7 night stay payable in Euros. Arrival is after 4:30pm, departure by 9:30am.
Upon booking, our terms and conditions will be emailed detailing cancellation policy and refunds. No pets allowed, we have cats on property. Pool & Games room are open seasonally.
